I have worked in the social work field for over ten years and had the opportunity to work in   many different capacities. My goal has always been to help individuals and families achieve their full potential.  Through the years a resounding theme began to develop in the topics that I addressed and that I found to be relevant to almost every situation.  Some of these topics included communication, conflict resolution, and interpersonal relationships. I opened my private practice to specialize in a few niche areas and use these topics as a basis for my work.  I also decided to broaden my services to include organizations as I feel that these topics often come into our professional environments and cause stress.  Our mission at Mountain Soul Resources, Inc. is to provide enriching opportunities through counseling, education, training, and workshops that inspire productive change, whether personal or professional.
